A sincere "thank you" to all of you who attended either of the tamale classes. I really had a great time meeting everyone. What I had in mind to do when we started talking about this is to have some fun "foodie" events (unique to just a cooking class) some of them interactive (like the tamale class), some sit down meals with wine tastings or cocktails, and even some author foodie events (like the one coming up June 26 with Adam Schell- click here for info).
I also want to thank you for being in the first of our classes. I know there are improvements we can make, and any suggestions would ...

Isabel and Warwick's teamed up to host a cooking class and book signing at Cantina. The event sold out (and even overflowed for a second event June 1st), so I knew it was going to be a good one. As soon as the 50 or so eager culinary students signed in, the fun began! I'll let the photos tell the story, but just to be informative for those that missed out, here's a short summary of what took place....
