Isabel, My Girlfriend and I are regular customers to all your SD locations and I can say that your food is only getting better. My girlfriend is a very healthy, intelligent cook and I can't stand to eat out. My personal favorite is the Nirvana breakfast. Thank you for being a magical part of my life.

Thanks for publishing this blog; I have been all over the internet on top of talking to an endless amount of people about trying to start my own restaurant. I am a single mother, and I have worked for so many people that do things their own way. I am constantly locking horns
with my supervisors about how things should be done etc,. I come from west Texas and I also grew up watching my tias and Grandmother make traditional dishes. I also recieved an easy bake oven at an early age; I think I started experimenting with dishes at the age of around 7 or when I could stand on on a chair and reach the stove. I live in a small town in Jersey and I feel that I have found a gap that I know that needs to be filled. I don't have anyone around that I can borrow from or enough capital to start the business. But I won't quit on my life time dream. any tips would be appreciated.
